

A three-day training program for Sarpanches, Panchayat Secretaries, and staff of the Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Department in Telangana has commenced from today. Training sessions will be conducted in 10 districts every day under the supervision of Additional Collectors (Local Bodies). The initiative aims to equip local representatives and officials with the necessary knowledge and skills to prepare comprehensive village development plans.
Officials will provide awareness on key aspects such as the utilization of 16th Finance Commission funds, VBG and RG schemes, greenery and sanitation initiatives, and the progress of development works. Minister Seethakka and Special Chief Secretary Dana Kishore are set to inaugurate the training program in Mahabubabad. Minister Seethakka will also guide and direct Sarpanches, Panchayat Secretaries, and staff during the sessions.
