Technical Glitch? Bihar Pensioner's Account Shows Crores Balance

A shocking banking anomaly has come to light in Bihar, where an 82-year-old pensioner reportedly found more than ₹759 crore reflected in his bank account while checking his balance after withdrawing his monthly pension of ₹400. The incident created confusion among the account holder and bank officials, prompting immediate verification of the account details.

Authorities were further surprised when the pensioner's differently-abled son's account also displayed a similar balance. With the combined amount in both accounts exceeding ₹1,500 crore, bank officials and the police initiated an investigation. Preliminary findings suggest the incident may have been caused by a technical or software-related error, though the exact reason will be confirmed after a detailed inquiry.
