The TDP leadership is launching a ‘Leadership Conclave’ for the first time to strengthen leadership skills among the party’s representatives and key constituency-level leaders. The two-day event, scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, will be conducted through training and interactive sessions. Party national president Chandrababu Naidu and working president Nara Lokesh are expected to attend. The conclave has been designed to strengthen the party’s grassroots leadership and improve coordination with the cadre.
The sessions will focus on grassroots organisational functioning, cadre coordination, political response and leadership skills. Leaders will also be guided on acting as a bridge between the government and the public, effectively implementing development and welfare programmes, and resolving public grievances. Discussions will also cover ways to communicate the government’s achievements to the people and counter alleged strategies of rival parties.
