

Telugu Desam Party has officially begun preparations for its prestigious annual conclave ‘Mahanadu’ in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district, creating fresh enthusiasm among party cadres. For the first time, the state-level Mahanadu is being hosted in the district. On Wednesday morning, ministers and public representatives performed bhoomi puja for the event works at the IFCO SEZ premises near Chandrasekharapuram in Kodavalur mandal. Ministers P. Narayana and Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, along with MP Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy and his spouse, formally launched the arrangements by breaking coconuts at the venue.
Minister Narayana stated that the IFCO Kisan SEZ spread across 2,200 acres was selected following the directions of party president N. Chandrababu Naidu and working president Nara Lokesh to comfortably accommodate lakhs of party workers and supporters. The three-day Mahanadu will be held on May 27, 28, and 29, during which the party is expected to pass key resolutions aimed at shaping Andhra Pradesh’s future. Several party leaders, including MLC Beeda Ravichandra and MLAs Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, Kurugondla Ramakrishna, Dagumati Venkata Krishna Reddy, Kakarla Suresh, and Pasim Sunil, participated in the inaugural ceremony.
