Tamil Nadu Raj Bhavan Releases Note on Vijay’s Meeting

Tamil Nadu Lok Bhavan released an official note regarding the meeting between C. Joseph Vijay and Tamil Nadu Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar held in Chennai on Wednesday. Vijay, who is leading the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), was invited to Lok Bhavan for discussions on the current political situation.

During the meeting, the Governor reportedly informed Vijay that the required majority support in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly for forming the government had not yet been established. The Governor clarified that constitutional requirements regarding majority support remain essential for government formation in the state.
