Supreme Court Turns Key in Sanjay Kapur Property Case

The ₹30,000 crore property dispute involving the Sanjay Kapur family has taken a new turn with Supreme Court intervention. The court has appointed former CJI Justice D.Y. Chandrachud as mediator and directed an amicable resolution between Rani Kapur and Priya Sachdev.

The dispute over the late Sanjay Kapoor’s assets continues among family members, involving issues of trust control and alleged document irregularities. The next hearing is scheduled for August, with the court warning against public disclosure of family matters.
