DMK president and former Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has made significant remarks addressing the financial condition of the government. He stated that instead of immediately claiming there is no money in the treasury, leaders should focus on governance capability and the commitment to serve people. He emphasized that effective administration requires willpower and planning to deliver public welfare.
Responding to recent political statements, Stalin said that Tamil Nadu’s debt remains within permissible limits and accused the previous government of leaving financial challenges. He highlighted that despite difficulties such as COVID-19 and floods, his government implemented several welfare schemes. He also expressed confidence that the current leadership will learn to fulfill promises responsibly and ensure the state’s continued development.
