

The renowned pilgrimage center of Srisailam Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple in Nandyal district has received massive hundi collections. The hundi counting for the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple was conducted in a systematic manner at the Akkamahadevi Alankara Mandapam within the temple premises. Temple Executive Officer Srinivasa Rao stated that the temple received a total hundi income of ₹5,28,37,281 during the last 33 days through donations offered by devotees.
Along with the cash offerings, the temple also received 96 grams and 500 milligrams of gold and 3 kilograms and 780 grams of silver. The hundi counting also revealed foreign currencies from several countries, including 321 US Dollars, 105 Canadian Dollars, 200 Oman Baisas, 20 UAE Dirhams, 25 British Pounds, 14 Malaysian Ringgits, 35 Australian Dollars, 5 Qatari Riyals, and 2 Singapore Dollars. The counting process was conducted under tight security surveillance in the presence of EO Srinivasa Rao, temple officials, staff members, and Shiva Sevaks.
