Sridhar Varma Takes Charge as SVBC Chairman in the Presence of Nandamuri Family Members

Sridhar Varma has formally assumed charge as the new Chairman of Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel (SVBC), the devotional television channel associated with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams. After receiving blessings at the Sri Ranganayakula Mandapam in Tirumala, Varma travelled to Tirupati and took charge at the SVBC office near Alipiri. Several alliance leaders also met him and conveyed their best wishes.

Speaking after assuming office, Varma said he was delighted to have been given the opportunity to serve as SVBC Chairman. He said the channel has an important role in taking the glory of Lord Venkateswara and the message of Hindu Dharma to audiences across the world. He also expressed his intention to work in coordination with SVBC employees. Varma thanked Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Minister Nara Lokesh, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Endowments Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy for giving him the opportunity. Nandamuri family members Nandamuri Mohan Krishna, Nandamuri Ramakrishna, Nandamuri Mohana Roopa and Kamineni Seemanthini, along with Daggubati Nivedita, AP Film Development Corporation Chairman Bharat Bhushan and Telugu Film Producers Council Secretary Tummala Prasanna Kumar, attended the event and congratulated him.
