Shocking Decision on MBBS Fees by the Government?

There will be no change in MBBS tuition fees in Telangana. The fee structure applicable for the 2023–26 academic period will continue for the 2026–29 period as well, according to an announcement by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences. The existing fee structure will apply to students studying in different categories at private medical colleges.

The annual fee for Category A seats has been fixed at ₹60,000, while fees for Category B seats will range from ₹11.55 lakh to ₹13 lakh. Students under Category C will have to pay twice the Category B fee. The continuation of the existing fee structure is expected to provide some relief to students seeking admission to medical courses in Telangana.
