The Seva Sankalp bike yatra was flagged off from Alipiri in Tirupati by TDP state president Palla Srinivas. Organisers said the eight day journey is being undertaken to highlight Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public life and his service oriented programmes. Around 25 Telugu youth and TNSF leaders are participating in the yatra, which will pass through Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
Palla Srinivas said the yatra began from Alipiri seeking the blessings of Lord Venkateswara and aims to take the message of Modi’s public service to people across the four states. He said the BJP-led central government and the TDP-led state government were providing governance focused on public welfare, and claimed that Modi had received public support through his governance. The broader Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is being organised nationwide to mark 25 years of Modi’s public life.
