Regional Mission Karmayogi Workshop to Be Held in Vijayawada

The first regional workshop under Mission Karmayogi, titled ‘Sadhana Shrinkhala 2026’, will be held in Vijayawada on September 29 and 30 with a focus on capacity building among government employees and strengthening administrative skills. Officials and representatives of training institutes from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odisha and Puducherry will participate. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Union Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh are scheduled to attend the workshop.

The workshop will discuss transforming government training institutes into strategic capacity-building institutions that can contribute to improving departmental performance. Key areas include the use of the iGOT-Mission Karmayogi platform, the Mission Karmayogi Quality Framework, Karmayogi Kartavya, institutional governance, faculty and competency development, and digital technologies. Representatives from participating states will also share their experiences and best practices.
