Andhra Pradesh Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister P. Narayana visited the CREDAI Property Expo 2026 in Tirupati and highlighted the importance of the real estate sector in the state’s economic growth. He said India has around 13,500 developers and noted that the real estate sector had suffered during the previous government.
Narayana said the state’s development depends significantly on the growth of the real estate sector, as it creates employment opportunities and strengthens the economy. He said the government has introduced several reforms and added that property expos help people understand real estate investments, bank loan procedures and prevailing interest rates.
