The Rajendranagar RDO has issued notices to residents of Madhupark Ridge Apartments, directing them to vacate the property for the Musi River project. The apartment owners questioned the notices, pointing out that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had earlier publicly stated that the development would be carried out without removing the apartment complex.
The residents said they have already filed a writ petition in the High Court and sent a legal notice to the MRO, stating that no action should be taken until the court provides clarity on the matter. They also made it clear that they would not vacate the apartment until there is clarity on compensation. After the RDO reportedly said that compensation details could not be clarified immediately, the residents approached the court.
