Ramdas Athawale Offers Abhijeet Dipke a Political Opportunity

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has received an offer from Union Minister Ramdas Athawale to join the Republican Party of India (A), an ally of the BJP-led NDA. Athawale described Dipke as an active young Ambedkarite and urged him to consider joining the RPI (A) to help advance Dr B.R. Ambedkar’s vision and strengthen the party.

Dipke and the CJP have recently gained attention through campaigns focused on student issues and government schools. The invitation has therefore sparked political interest, particularly as Dipke has been vocal in criticising the government on several issues. Responding to the offer, Dipke questioned how he could now be invited to join the alliance after allegedly being labelled “anti-national” in the past.
