Rain Alert for Several Telangana Districts Today

The India Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for several districts in Telangana today. A surface circulation continues over the west central Bay of Bengal and north coastal Andhra Pradesh, influencing weather conditions in the state.

Rainfall is expected in the erstwhile Adilabad, Karimnagar, and Warangal districts, along with Bhadradri, Khammam, Kamareddy, and Mahabubnagar districts. Sirpur in Komaram Bheem district recorded the highest rainfall of 10.1 cm, while Kattangur in Nalgonda district received 8.0 cm of rainfall.
