Congress leader Rahul Gandhi convened an emergency meeting with party MPs to discuss the next course of action over the NEET paper leak issue. The meeting also focused on ongoing student protests, developments related to CJP, and the evolving political situation. Sources indicated that the Congress is considering a visit to Raj Ghat as part of its protest strategy. Meanwhile, heavy police deployment was observed near Rahul Gandhi’s residence amid heightened political activity.
In a parallel development, the INDIA bloc is reportedly planning a protest outside Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s residence, similar to earlier demonstrations held near Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence. The emergency meeting at Rahul Gandhi’s residence saw participation from senior leaders, including Sonia Gandhi and NCP MP Supriya Sule. Security has been tightened in the area as political tensions continue to rise.
