

Minister P. Narayana inspected the ongoing construction works of the Quantum Computing facility in Amaravati. He said the building is expected to be completed by the end of December, while quantum computing services are likely to become available in the capital from January. The facility is being developed using German technology and is expected to add a major technological dimension to Amaravati.
Speaking during the visit, Narayana said Amaravati is steadily emerging as a knowledge hub and that quantum computing will soon become an important part of the capital's technology ecosystem. He compared the proposed facility with Hyderabad's IT ecosystem and said Amaravati is being developed with the vision of creating a strong technology-oriented environment.
