A woman identified as Arpita Chatterjee, who introduced herself as an assistant professor from West Bengal, shared a post on X questioning Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s earlier remarks about “Andhbhakts.” In her post, she highlighted her academic qualifications and asked whether his remarks implied that people like her were “idiots.”
However, the post attracted attention for a different reason. Social media users pointed out several grammatical mistakes in her English, including incorrect plural usage and article placement. Instead of debating her political argument, many users corrected her grammar, turning the discussion into a viral language debate. The incident has sparked conversations online about language accuracy and public communication.
