Postal Department Server Disruption in AP

Several postal services in Andhra Pradesh were disrupted on Monday following a technical issue with the Postal Department’s server. Except for banking services, facilities such as Speed Post, Registered Post and parcel bookings remained unavailable, leaving customers facing delays at post offices.

People who arrived to send parcels, Speed Post and Registered Post articles were seen waiting at the Vijayawada Head Post Office, Buckingham Post Office and other post offices. Employees said they had no clarity on when the server would be restored and stated that a similar disruption was being reported across the country. Customers have been advised to wait until the services are restored.
