POSCO Case: Victim’s Mother Makes Serious Allegations Against Bandi Bhagirath!

The mother of a minor girl, who alleged sexual assault against Bandi Bhagirath, son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, released a detailed statement expressing fear, anguish, and concern over the safety of her daughter and family. She alleged that her daughter was emotionally manipulated and repeatedly pressured into physical relations despite resistance. The mother stated that the accused allegedly assaulted the minor during a New Year’s Eve incident in Moinabad and continued to harass her afterward. She also claimed that the family faced intimidation and threats after approaching the minister’s residence seeking justice.

According to the statement, the family approached the police seeking action under the POCSO Act, but allegedly faced delays and procedural hurdles before a Zero FIR was registered. The mother accused certain individuals of attempting to tarnish the victim’s image and reveal her identity on social media, which is prohibited under law. She appealed for an impartial investigation, protection for the victim, and strict action against those spreading misinformation and threats against the family.
