Popular Influencer Nidhi Tiwari Dies.. Police Probe Circumstances

Popular social media influencer Nidhi Tiwari, 30, from Singrauli district in Madhya Pradesh, has died. She had a combined following of around 1.6 million on Facebook and Instagram, while her videos attracted millions of views. Tiwari won the ‘Miss Pretty India’ title in 2024 and had been pursuing opportunities in modelling and acting. She was found dead at her home on Saturday and was taken to hospital, where doctors confirmed her death.

Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into her death. Her family said she had been speaking to someone over the phone before the incident. Investigators are examining her call records, digital activity, other evidence and information gathered from family members to establish the circumstances surrounding her death. Police have cautioned against drawing conclusions about the reason for her death until the investigation is complete. Her death has led to an outpouring of grief and condolence messages from followers and netizens.
