Police Stop BRS MLAs at Assembly Gate

BRS MLAs arrived at the Telangana Assembly wearing black T-shirts, leading to tension at the Assembly gates. Police stopped the legislators from entering the premises, following which the BRS leaders attempted to push their way inside. The MLAs later staged a sit-in protest in front of the gate, resulting in a confrontation with the police.

BRS MLA Jagadish Reddy reportedly sustained a leg injury during the scuffle. Sunitha Lakshma Reddy became emotional, alleging that the women legislators were treated disrespectfully. Meanwhile, BRS leaders K. T. Rama Rao and Harish Rao were reportedly arrested by the police. Tension continued in the Assembly vicinity following the incident.
