POCSO Case: Telangana High Court Delivers Setback to Bandi Bhageerath

The controversial POCSO case involving Bandi Bhageerath has been drawing significant attention in Telangana over the past week and has now reached the High Court. Senior advocate Niranjan Reddy appeared on behalf of the accused and filed a petition seeking interim bail to prevent immediate arrest.

However, the Telangana High Court rejected the plea, stating that interim bail cannot be granted at this stage. With the accused currently absconding, the ruling may pave the way for intensified police action and search operations to trace him.
