

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid foundation stones for multiple development projects worth ₹9,377 crore at HICC in Hyderabad. During the event, the Prime Minister inaugurated the Kakatiya Textile Park and virtually laid the foundation stone for the Gudeballur–Mahabubnagar four-lane highway project. Several key infrastructure and connectivity initiatives aimed at boosting Telangana’s growth were unveiled during the programme.
Addressing the gathering, Modi stated that Cyberabad’s capabilities have gained international recognition and Hyderabad has emerged as a major hub for employment opportunities. He said the PM MITRA Park in Warangal would strengthen India’s textile sector, while the Central Government continues to expand road, railway, and airport connectivity nationwide. Modi also highlighted that national highways in Telangana have doubled and revealed that ₹5,500 crore has been allocated for railway projects in Telangana, with railway works worth ₹15,000 crore currently underway in the state.
