PM-KISAN 24th Instalment: ₹2,000 May Reach Farmers in October

The 24th instalment of the PM-KISAN Samman Nidhi is expected to be released in October 2026, with eligible farmers set to receive ₹2,000 as part of the scheme’s annual ₹6,000 assistance. However, the Centre has not yet officially announced the exact release date, so claims that the amount will definitely be credited on October 17 should be treated as unconfirmed. The previous instalment was released on June 20, 2026.

To receive PM-KISAN benefits, farmers must meet the scheme’s eligibility requirements and complete mandatory e-KYC. Payments are transferred directly to beneficiaries through Aadhaar-linked bank accounts under the DBT system. Farmers can also check their beneficiary and payment status through the official PM-KISAN portal.
