Pawan Kalyan Undergoes Surgery at His Own Expense

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan is reportedly bearing the entire expenses of his shoulder surgery from his personal funds. The expenses related to the surgery as well as travel arrangements are being paid by him personally. It was also stated that he had earlier undergone nasal surgery using his own funds.

Although members of the state cabinet are eligible to receive medical expenses from the government in case of health issues, Pawan Kalyan is following a personal principle of not using public money for private needs. The decision reflects his stated approach of avoiding the use of government funds for personal medical expenses.
