Pawan Kalyan Congratulates CM Vijay

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has extended heartfelt congratulations to TVK party president Vijay, who has taken oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. He also congratulated all the ministers who took oath along with him.
