A family originally from Parvathipuram in Andhra Pradesh has reportedly gone missing in Nepal while travelling to Mansarovar. Santosh Kumar Sahu, 47, the eldest son of Parvathipuram resident Subhash Chandra Sahu, has been settled in London with his wife Surabhi, 43, son Spandan, 18, and daughter Saina Sahu, 13, for nearly two decades. The family had recently travelled from London to Nepal as part of their journey to Mansarovar. Their vehicle reportedly disappeared after sudden floodwaters swept over a bridge they were crossing, and their whereabouts remain unknown.
The incident came to the attention of Santosh's relatives through a Nepalese guide. His parents are currently staying with their second son, Murali Sahu, in South Africa. The news that their family members have been caught in a natural disaster during the pilgrimage has left the parents and other relatives devastated. The incident has also caused deep concern among their friends and well-wishers, who are anxiously awaiting information about the missing family.
