BJP National President Nitin Nabin will chair a key meeting of the party’s state in-charges and co-in-charges in New Delhi today. The meeting will bring together the newly appointed functionaries responsible for all 28 states and eight Union Territories. It will be their first collective meeting following the recent organisational reshuffle. Discussions are expected to focus on strengthening the party organisation and preparations for upcoming Assembly elections.
The meeting is also expected to include a review of the functioning of BJP governments in states where the party is in power, along with discussions on coordination between the central and state units. The party is likely to discuss its upcoming organisational programmes, electoral preparations and the roadmap for future activities. The newly appointed in-charges may also receive state-specific guidance and responsibilities.
