Nita Ambani Highlights Power of Education and Sports for Children at Mumbai Indians Event

Reliance Foundation Chairperson and Founder of Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Nita Ambani, emphasised that education and sports are powerful tools capable of transforming the lives of children. Speaking during the “Education for All and Sports for All” initiative, she highlighted the importance of providing opportunities to children from economically weaker and underprivileged backgrounds. A video of her interaction with the Mumbai Indians team has now gone viral on social media.

As part of the initiative, nearly 20,000 underprivileged children were invited to watch the Mumbai Indians versus Rajasthan Royals match at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. Nita Ambani stated that sports help children build confidence, discipline and team spirit while inspiring them to dream bigger in life. The programme aims to encourage holistic development by combining education and sports opportunities for young students across the country.
