Preparations are underway for nationwide protests against the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process on October 23. Members of the CJP and other activists are expected to participate in the demonstrations. Through these protests, the participants aim to raise their objections to the SIR process and draw public attention to their concerns.
Parakala Prabhakar, a prominent economist and the husband of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, is also expected to take part in the protest. His reported participation has become a topic of discussion in political circles. Further details about the demonstration and an official announcement from the organisers are awaited.
