The Nidamarru ZP High School in Mangalagiri mandal has been transformed into an international-standard campus to provide quality education to rural students in the Amaravati region. Spread across 5.2 acres and built at a cost of ₹16 crore using advanced German technology, it has become the first government international model school in the state. The school is expected to be inaugurated by Education Minister Nara Lokesh in the second week of June.
The campus includes modern classrooms, digital learning systems, advanced science laboratories, a library, and an Atal Tinkering Lab for technology-based education. Special focus has also been given to sports and extracurricular activities with facilities such as a football ground, running track, indoor sports complex, amphitheatre, and science museum. CCTV cameras, dining facilities, purified drinking water, and children’s parks have also been arranged to ensure safety and student comfort.
