New Twist in NEET Paper Leak Case

The Central Bureau of Investigation has intensified its probe into the NEET UG-2026 paper leak case. After registering the case on Tuesday, officials have been taking several suspects into custody. On Wednesday morning, the agency detained Mangilal and Dinesh from Rajasthan, and later took a woman from Pune into custody for questioning.

Pune police detained the woman on suspicion of having links to the case and later handed her over to the CBI. Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar stated that she was detained from the Bibwewadi area. He added that local police conducted preliminary questioning before transferring her to the investigating agency. However, officials refused to reveal details about her exact role in the case.
