New Record by Vamsiram Builders in Hyderabad

Hyderabad has witnessed a record land deal as Vamsiram Builders purchased 5 acres of land in Raidurg at ₹205 crore per acre, totaling nearly ₹1,025 crore. The deal marks one of the highest land valuations in the city’s real estate history.

Just days earlier, another transaction saw land priced at ₹237 crore per acre in a nearby deal, highlighting the rapid surge in Hyderabad’s real estate market. Vamsiram Builders, known for its strong presence in IT and commercial infrastructure projects, is expected to develop landmark IT office spaces on the newly acquired land.
