

The Andhra Pradesh government has officially appointed a new committee for the Film, Television, and Theatre Development Corporation. Producer and distributor P. Bharat Bhushan has been named Chairman, while director Meher Ramesh has been appointed as the Vice Chairman. The government has also appointed 14 members as directors.
The list of directors includes writer Burra Sai Madhav, Dr. Kandimalla Sambasiva Rao, actors Suman Talwar and Shivaji, actress Jhansi, and several other film personalities. The government stated that Nandi Awards and theatre festivals will be organized under this committee. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu reportedly instructed the corporation to work sincerely for the development of cinema, television, and theatre artists in Andhra Pradesh.
