The Andhra Pradesh government has announced the construction of a new AP Bhavan in New Delhi at an estimated cost of ₹105 crore. The building will be developed over an area of nearly 2.5 lakh square feet and is designed to serve as a modern administrative and hospitality centre for the state in the national capital. The project aims to provide improved facilities for government officials, public representatives, and visitors.
The responsibility for executing the project has been entrusted to the National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), a central government undertaking. The new AP Bhavan is expected to enhance administrative efficiency while offering better accommodation and support services for people visiting Delhi on official and personal work.
