NATS Aerospace has proposed a ₹100 crore investment in Andhra Pradesh to establish a Flight Training Organisation at either Nagarjuna Sagar Airport or Kurnool Airport. Company representative Athiraj Singh Chawla met Minister B.C. Janardhan Reddy at the State Secretariat and presented the proposal, highlighting the company's plans to strengthen aviation infrastructure and pilot training in the state.
According to the proposal, the project is expected to generate employment for nearly 100 people over the next five years while creating advanced aviation training opportunities for aspiring professionals. If approved, the initiative could enhance skill development, support the state's investment goals and strengthen Andhra Pradesh's position as an emerging aviation training destination.
