Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh has issued a public message expressing regret over the treatment allegedly faced by Amara Raja during the previous government. Addressing Amara Raja Vice Chairman Jayadev Galla, Lokesh said the company, which has played a significant role in Andhra Pradesh's industrial development for over four decades, deserved encouragement rather than hardship. He described Amara Raja as one of the state's greatest industrial success stories, highlighting its contribution to manufacturing, employment generation and global recognition for Chittoor and Andhra Pradesh.

Lokesh said the state is committed to rebuilding investor confidence and reaffirmed that Andhra Pradesh is once again open for enterprise and industrial growth. He expressed hope that Amara Raja's future expansion would continue in the state where it began its journey, while also extending his best wishes for the company's newly established facility in Telangana. The statement has drawn attention in political and industrial circles, reflecting the government's efforts to project Andhra Pradesh as an investment-friendly destination.
