N. Chandrababu Naidu Pushes for EV Revolution in Andhra Pradesh!

N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to promote the large-scale use of electric vehicles across Andhra Pradesh as part of the government’s energy-saving initiative. During a video conference with EV company representatives from the State Secretariat, the Chief Minister emphasized transforming EV adoption into a statewide movement.

The Chief Minister instructed officials to supply 16,000 electric bicycles to Swarna Gram and Swarna Ward offices across the state. He also suggested creating a special SPV to facilitate loans and EMI-based purchase options for EV vehicles. Along with promoting electric mobility, the government plans to strengthen infrastructure by establishing charging stations and other supporting facilities across Andhra Pradesh.
