Mysuru Tragedy.. Four Family Members Found Dead

A tragic incident occurred at New Maruti Layout in Hunsur town of Mysuru district, Karnataka. Police said that Harish (49) allegedly killed his wife Nishitha (36) and their two children aged 13 and 6 before taking his own life. Preliminary investigation revealed that he had allegedly covered the mouths of his wife and children with plaster and strangled them before hanging himself.

Police officials said Harish had sent his mother to his grandmother’s village three days before the incident. On Tuesday morning, neighbours became suspicious when no one responded to repeated calls and informed the police. After breaking open the doors, police found the bodies of four family members inside the house. The reason behind the extreme step is yet to be ascertained, and an investigation is underway.
