Minister’s Son Files Complaint... Allegations of Blackmail

Bandi Bhagirath, son of Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar, has lodged a complaint at the Karimnagar 2 Town Police Station alleging that he is being blackmailed and threatened with a demand of ₹5 crore. According to the complaint, a family from Kompally in Hyderabad is allegedly involved in pressuring him for money.

Bhagirath stated that he was introduced to a young woman through mutual friends and had met her at temples and social gatherings. However, he alleged that the family is now using messages and videos to blackmail him, demanding that he either marry the woman or pay ₹5 crore. He further mentioned that he has already paid ₹50,000 and is being asked for more money. Claiming innocence, he appealed to the police for protection and justice.
