Minister Lokesh Gives PowerPoint Presentation on Mega DSC

Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Nara Lokesh gave a PowerPoint presentation on the Mega DSC recruitment process. He said the Mega DSC was conducted for 16,000 posts. To ensure transparency in teacher appointments and transfers, the process, which was earlier handled by Zilla Parishad chairpersons, was brought under the government’s control. He said the TET notification was conducted in a systematic manner without technical issues.

Lokesh said the coalition government has so far filled 1.80 lakh teacher posts. He stated that the government conducted the DSC process with great responsibility. He alleged that YSRCP leaders filed 141 cases in an attempt to prevent the DSC from being conducted. Despite the legal challenges, the entire DSC process was completed within 148 days, he said.
