Megha Reddy Complains to KC Venugopal Against Chinna Reddy

Wanaparthy Congress MLA Megha Reddy has lodged a complaint with AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal against Telangana Planning Board Vice-Chairman G. Chinna Reddy. In his complaint, Megha Reddy alleged that Chinna Reddy made derogatory, unethical and unparliamentary remarks against the Congress high command and questioned the party’s decision to allot the B-Form to him during the 2023 Assembly elections.

According to the complaint, the alleged remarks were made at a public meeting held at Gopalpet Mandal headquarters on August 16, 2026. Megha Reddy said such comments against the party high command and a sitting Congress MLA could affect party discipline, unity and its public image. He also alleged that Chinna Reddy had criticised development works being carried out by the Telangana Congress government in the constituency. Megha Reddy said video evidence of the alleged remarks was submitted with the complaint and requested the party leadership to conduct a thorough inquiry and initiate appropriate disciplinary action.
