Medical camps are being organised under the supervision of the NTR District Medical and Health Department to protect the health of devotees visiting Indrakeeladri in Vijayawada for the Dasara Sharannavaratri celebrations. Doctors are providing prompt medical assistance to devotees who experience sudden health problems during their visit, along with basic treatment for common ailments such as fever, headaches and fatigue.
Medical staff are checking devotees’ blood pressure using digital BP monitors and offering initial health assessments and necessary medical advice. When abnormal blood pressure readings are detected, devotees are advised to take further action as recommended by doctors. Essential medical equipment, first-aid supplies and medicines are available at the camps. With large crowds expected during the festivities, medical personnel are remaining alert to respond quickly to emergencies and have urged devotees not to ignore symptoms and to seek medical assistance whenever necessary.
