Medaram Sammakka-Saralamma ‘Mini Jatara’ Dates Announced for 2027

The dates for the Sammakka-Saralamma Mini Jatara, held at the famous Medaram shrine in Mulugu district’s Tadvai mandal, have been finalised. Members of the Medaram priests’ association, locally known as the Vaddelu, officially announced the schedule for the 2027 festival. The association also communicated the dates to the ministers concerned through a formal letter.

The four-day festival will be held from February 17 to 20, 2027, with special rituals and celebrations dedicated to Sammakka and Saralamma. Devotees are expected to visit Medaram in large numbers during the festival. Leaders and members of the priests’ association have signed the letter confirming the dates and the arrangements for the traditional festivities.
