

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy met representatives of the Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation, Divi’s Laboratories Limited, and Aurobindo Pharma Limited at MCRHRD. In the presence of the Chief Minister, the two companies contributed CSR funds to support the government's Breakfast Scheme in government schools. Aurobindo Pharma donated ₹10 crore, while Divi’s Laboratories contributed ₹12.18 crore to the foundation for providing nutritious breakfast and midday meals to students.
The Chief Minister appreciated both companies for their generous CSR support. He also said the government is planning to encourage farmers around centralized kitchens by sourcing vegetables, rice, and other food items directly from them. He added that farmers would be encouraged to take up organic farming and crop diversification, while the government would ensure the availability of quality seeds to improve farmers' incomes and strengthen sustainable agriculture.
