

Ministers Narayana and Kandula Durgesh inspected the arrangements at the Godavari Pushkaralu ghats and reviewed the ongoing works. The Godavari Pushkaralu will be held from June 26 to July 7 next year. Minister Narayana said that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to conduct the event on a grand scale and has already held several high-level review meetings regarding the arrangements.
The government has allocated Rs. 585 crore from the Municipal Administration Department for Pushkaralu preparations. Various departments, including Irrigation, Endowments, Home, and Tourism, are working in coordination to ensure smooth arrangements. Minister Durgesh said development works at Rajamahendravaram ghats are progressing rapidly and special focus is being given to sanitation, safety, and providing a hassle-free experience for devotees taking holy dips.
