Marco Rubio Extends Independence Day Greetings to India

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio extended warm greetings to the people of India on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day. He reaffirmed the growing strength of the India-U.S. strategic partnership and said relations between the two countries continue to deepen.

Rubio highlighted cooperation in defence, energy security, critical minerals, artificial intelligence, space exploration and trade. He said the expanding partnership is contributing to the security, strength and prosperity of both countries while also supporting stability and development across the wider Indian Ocean region.
