Traffic restrictions have come into effect from today following the closure of the Uppal Ring Road for the construction of the Uppal–Narapally Elevated Corridor. Authorities announced that the restrictions will remain in place for the next three months, and commuters have been advised to use alternative routes to avoid congestion and delays.
Vehicles travelling from Ramanthapur or Habsiguda towards Warangal have been diverted via Pista House, behind Little Flower School, and Beerappagadda to connect with the Warangal National Highway. Vehicles coming from Nagole and LB Nagar towards Warangal must travel through Hayathnagar and use the Outer Ring Road near Pedda Amberpet or the service road to reach Ghatkesar. Meanwhile, vehicles from Peerzadiguda heading towards Secunderabad must take the Lakshma Reddy Colony route and use the U-turn near Master Chef Restaurant at Uppal Metro Station. Officials clarified that there are no restrictions for vehicles travelling from Habsiguda towards Nagole.
